As of January 21, 2011, TCAD has migrated to a new submission system that may be accessed here:

http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tcad

All new papers and revisions should be submitted through this new site. User tutorials may be accessed by clicking on the link for the new site, and then clicking on the "User Tutorials" link under the Resources heading.

Papers currently under review and awaiting a final decision should still be accessed through http://tcad.polito.it

If this is your first time here, you might want to take a look at the instructions. If you are a registered associate editor, please fill out the username and password fields and click on "Verify" to proceed. If you cannot remember your username or password, please send e-mail to tcad@umn.edu.

If you have not registered yet, you can do so by filling out the registration form. You will need the username that was e-mailed to you.
